The Power of I

The only person in the world who can create your life, in your time and in your way – is you.  And that ‘you’ must be your most authentic and genuine self, empowered by knowing and doing what only you can do best in the world.  As you become more and more focused on the life and legacy you want to create and the person you want to become, you find clarity of purpose, renewed focus and energy and the motivation to re-invent to the next highest level of you.

I found myself and my inner champion in three words - inspire, ignite and impact.  I found my passion, my purpose – my inspiration.  I ignited it with a solid strategic plan aligned to my core values and authentic self.  And then I took the action necessary to make the impact I dreamed of – on my life and the lives of others.  And I did it on my terms, in my way and in my time.

Transformation and reinvention was the result, and “i to the power of 3®” was born.  It’s all about spending the time and effort to grow; learning through the failures and successes; and opening ourselves up to the world no matter how scary or intimidating.  It’s becoming real.

To inspire ourselves or anyone else, we must first know and understand ourselves at deeper level than we ever have before.  We need to uncover our true passion and talents.  Once we find that, we become inspired and find that we can inspire others to do the same – with truth, passion, values, intention, purpose and consciousness.

It’s a wonderful thing to have a vision of where you are going and to finally begin to understand who you are, what gifts and talents you possess and what excites and motivates you.  But, if you don’t have a plan to actualize this inner knowledge, it will stay where it is – internal! You must ignite your passion in order to grow, evolve and emerge as a champion!

Now you have your inspiration and plan to ignite it. Next final step?  Make an impact – you must take action!  Hour by hour, day by day, week by week, month by month and so on… you need to follow-up on your vision and your planning with specific goals and action.  You need to do the work.  And you will begin to see the life you have imagined – become real.

The ‘i’s are in lower case because they do not have room for your ego.  We must set aside our egos and just be truly who we are.  I know what you’re thinking, “but I do that already!” And good for you if you do, but I still challenge you to see if you can raise that bar even higher.

The three ‘I’s’ are the three keys to discovering and developing your inner leader and to emerge as a champion.  If we are to become the very best human being we can in all aspects of our life on earth, then we need to understand and embrace our very own, unique and powerful ‘i’.

Did you know that every human being has 0.2 mg of gold in their body? Every one of us. Most of this gold is within the heart. Having a heart of gold is more than just a saying its actually true. So how do we get to this inner gold? How do we use it? Why is it important? Could it bethatthis ancient, precious element that lies deep within our hearts is a key to a life of greater rewards, happiness, success, andfulfillment? And if it is, how do we mine it out? In my experience, there are three keys to mining and unleashing our inner gold: 1. Finding ourinspiration our passion our purpose our vision 2.Ignitingthat inspiration with a solid plan based on strategic thinking, clear and attainable goals and focused objectives 3. Making a profound and positiveimpacton the lives of others and our own by taking action and holding ourselves accountable. Inspire. Ignite. Impact. The three Is of success. I to the power of 3 What are you doing to truly unleash your inner gold - to inspire,

Have you ever noticed how life ebbs and flows like the waves in the ocean? They (if anyone can ever tell me who they are, it will solve one of the great mysteries of my life) say when it rains, it pours things happen in threes in or in bunches and so on. Its true. And I have been riding one of those waves lately. A tidal wave of gratitude. So many wonderful things have been happening in both my personal and professional life, I am in awe and deep appreciation of all of it! As I ride this wave, I am reminded once again of the power of intention and purpose. When we find our sweet spot in life; when we know we are doing our best work and living in each moment; when we start each morning with a quiet knowing that we will win the day; and when we have the confidence and strength to move beyond, through, around or over the obstacles that show up then we create a momentum driven by intention that is simply profound. What follows is clarity, FUN!, and the joy of living each day in gratitude
