Roxanne is a graduate of Sinclair College and Bowling Green State University; and holds numerous executive certifications from the American Marketing Association and The University of Wisconsin at Madison in Business, Marketing and Strategic Excellence. In addition to her corporate client work, she has served as a Chairperson of the COSE Small Business Conference; business coach in Case Western Reserve University’s Entrepreneurial program within the Weatherhead School of Management; strategy/marketing consultant to Cuyahoga Community College’s Corporate College; facilitator and executive leadership coach in the YWCA Women’s Boot Camp and Momentum Programs; as an advisor to numerous start-up businesses; and volunteers with other local non-profit organizations.
Additionally, she serves on the board and the Executive Committee of the Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE); the Board of the Greater Cleveland Partnership (GCP); the Board of Leadership Lorain County; Advisory Board for Margeau's Free To Be Project; and is an independent affiliate and certified coach/facilitator of SOAR, a division of The Peer Exchange Network; Resource Associates Corporation, and The Relational Capital Group.
