360° Leadership Practices Inventory
Gaining deeper insights, awareness and understanding of our Leadership skills and how they impact our company’s culture, growth, success and our people’s development and productivity is critical to improving bottom-line performance.
ProLaureate uses the LPI 360° assessment tool that is a result of the research and writings of James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner. Kouzes and Posner are co-authors of the book, The Leadership Challenge, and created the LPI 360 around the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership: Model the Way; Inspire a Shared Vision; Challenge the Process; Enable Others to Act; and Encourage the Heart.
The following assessments are 3 of the tools that we use to determine the what, how, and why of your leadership profile.
WHAT - Attribute Index – Personal Talent Development Profile
The Attribute Index/Personal Development Profile is an assessment tool that helps us to better understand the way we think and to leverage that knowledge for better decision making. This assessment tool allows us to recognize and then maximize our strengths, minimize our weaknesses and develop a deeper understanding of how our decision making process affects our personal and professional lives.
When we gain this understanding about ourselves and those in our organization, it increases our ability to align skills with responsibility, improves management efficiencies and effectiveness, and impacts organizational health and performance.
The assessment is outcome focused rather than simply a measure of non-relevant activities, and allows each individual to decide WHAT action they want to take and why. The Attribute Index is supported by a comprehensive action planning process that promotes the actions taken.
HOW - DISC Index Assessment
WHY - Values Index Assessment
The Values Index looks at the WHY portion of the what, why and how trilogy. By understanding whyyou are motivated to do things, you are able to better align your environment with what creates the most passion in you.
D.I.A.L.O.G. – Organizational Assessment & Evaluation Instrument (Diagnostic Data Indicating Alignment of Organizational Goals)
D.I.AL.O.G. helps diagnose an organization’s strengths and identifies areas for improvement using valid current criteria. This is a results-oriented – rather than activity focused – assessment.
This tool helps to align systems and processes with the strategy and mission of an organization to create more success as measured by employee morale, productivity, customer satisfaction, share of market, and profitability.
We used to say that an organization’s strength was greater than the sum of its parts. We called this synergy. While this is still true, today we have kicked that up a notch. Now we say the output (results) of an organization is a consequence of the interrelationship of the pieces.
